CNICTA initiated the provision of complimentary education to the offspring of migrant laborers residing in authorized settlements such as Azad colony, Madrasi colony, Ambedkar colony, and Maheshpur village well in advance of its official registration in 2002. The primary objective of the educational institution was to steer these children away from engaging in undesirable activities and instead equip them with knowledge that would prove advantageous for their future endeavors.

Irrespective of whether we received any assistance from the government or other available resources, we commenced the provision of free education to a small group of approximately 20 underprivileged children residing in slums as early as 1995. Our fundamental belief lies in the significance of quality education, which we aim to extend to those who lack privilege. Education, in our view, encompasses much more than merely attaining employment and financial stability; it encompasses gaining a comprehensive understanding of the world around us.

As an increasing number of individuals joined our selfless commitment to serving the underprivileged, our team expanded, along with the influx of slum-dwelling children seeking free education. Since then, we have imparted knowledge to thousands of underprivileged children who have sought our educational services.

In addition to conducting classes in an open area affiliated with a church, our NGO has been furnishing impoverished children with essential educational resources such as books, notebooks, and stationery items. Furthermore, we commemorate significant festivals such as Holi, Diwali, and Christmas, ensuring that the children experience the joy and festivities associated with these occasions.
